a. Business customers must provide valid business licenses/credentials.
b. You warrant all information provided is accurate and current.

3. Product Information
a. All frozen products are stored at ≤-18°C (-0.4°F).
b. Product images are illustrative; actual items may vary.

4. Ordering & Payment
a. Minimum order:RM300.00.
b. Accepted payment methods:Visa Credit Card ,Master Credit Card .
c. We reserve right to cancel orders for pricing errors.

5. Shipping & Storage
a. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
b. Buyer must ensure proper frozen storage (-18°C or below) upon receipt.
c. Temperature-controlled shipping required - additional fees apply.
d. Risk of loss transfers to Buyer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds
a. Frozen products are FINAL SALE unless:

  • Product damage is documented within 24hrs of receipt
    b. Defective products require photographic evidence.
    c. No returns for Buyer storage/transportation errors.

7. Food Safety & Liability
a. Buyer assumes responsibility for:

  • Proper food handling licenses

  • Compliance with local health regulations

  • Product expiration date monitoring

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Product modifications

8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays/cancellations due to:
